Welcome back!
Today we will bring up how the world was made to believe that a beloved actor, Johnny Depp, was a violent abuser to his now ex-wife, Amber Heard.
Domestic violence is a huge issue, and not even celebrities are safe from this. Victims usually are the females who face the rath of the male abuser. Very rarely is it the males because, they are bigger and stronger, right? Although the world was made to believe that Amber Heard was the victim of Johnny Depp, he had lost contracts with big companies, such as Disney. He was seen as a woman beater and companies cannot lose their audience with such people working under them.
Johnny Depp then filed a Defamation case against Heard in 2022, due to these accusations she had against him. Johnny Depp not only won this case, but also proved that the abuser here was Amber herself. Recordings show the verbal abuse that Johnny was going through. Not only that, but he also brought up how he lost the tip of his finger due to a glass bottle being thrown at him.
This was a huge case and a case that brought light to the domestic violence that even men go through. Men are also as much of the victim as are women. People were persuaded that the only victim was Amber but did not listen to Johnny's side of the story until the defamation case that was filed against Amber.
What were/are your thoughts? Bias on who is the victim due to gender that people are conditioned to believe, we must remember we are all humans and not everyone is safe from any kind of abuse. Until next time, Bye!

This was a heavily followed case. I'm glad you talked about this case. The things amber did to johnny was wrong but if I remember correctly johnny also did some things to amber.
